What is the best way to capture video from a PS3?

I would like to find out the easiest way to capture a video of what I am playing on my PS3 screen, and get it on to my computer. Does anyone know the most simple way of doing this, and what items that I will need to purchase. If anyone has already done this, it would be great if they could tell how flash video downloader they did it. The higher quality video possible, the better. Thanks!
