I currently visited the city and fell in love. I am a junior in high school and play upright and electric bass (classical, jazz, and concert). I am planning on majoring in music education with a minor in chemistry or viticulture or anology. The only other city college I am applying to is NYU and I was wondering if CUNY CC was a good choice. Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices > check these settings to make sure theres nothing out of the ordinary selected here.
Check you program Startup
Start > Programs > Startup, Make sure theres nothing that automagically starts that you dont want.
This could be were you mysterious sound is coming from
