like to use my AC-DC CUBE--for operating my Camcorder in UPLOADS(editing)..give your Battery a rest...===With the Camcorder TURNED-OFF...Plug-IN the DV(IN)Cable...on the Camcorder SIDE..then attach the FIREWIRE download flv ---PORT..to the Camcorder---this is called DV-IN...===Next....Plug the AC/DC Cube into the wall outlet...be sure the CAMERA is in the OFF-mode/===First START your LapTop---Get to your DESKTOP---Let everything LOAD...===Now...Turn the Camcorder Power-Switch...to:...PLAYBACK...===Vista should OPEN a Dialogue BOX...called VIDEO-INPUT...===Follow the WINDOWS[tm}...to Label Your Movie...and CLICK---NEXT....so as to CHOOSE...DV-avi UPLOAD...This is your BEST--Editing---FILE SIZE---also called LARGE FILE...flv to mp3 Because you always want to start LARGE---and RENDER---smaller...===Click///Start Video...and you should have complete DIGITAL VIDEO control at the Vista Interface---if your Camcorder is a Digital Camcorder---===Older camcorder's...NOT Digital..need to be TURNED--ON at the Camera SIDE...Old CamCorders don't operate at the Interface-LEVEL..
