How to record a video to audio without waiting 20 minutes?

want to record a 20 minute audio piece to a video, which the audio I have. Is there a program that allows a still picture to be recorded in a few minutes for the price of 20 minutes?If you are on a Mac you can use iPhoto09On Windows you can use Windows Photo StoryOne piece of advice though - if you just have the same static photo youtube download flv showing for the whole 20 minutes of audio it will be about as exciting as watching paint dry on a cold day.
