How do I change the startup options on my mac?

Never use torrents such as Limewire or Frostwire. They’re full of viruses and are illegal to use. If you want free, legal, high quality music, (Or other iTunes stuff, such as videos and games) you can use Swagbucks. Is windows media player compatible for macs, or are sanza mp4 players compatible with iTunes? Either answer, or both, would be helpful.
The sansa MP3 players do not work on Itunes (only Ipods do). It will only work on media player, or the drag and drop way but media player is easier. HD Video Converter can convert high definition video like AVI, MKV, AVCHD, H.264/AVC, MPEG-2/MPEG-4 TS, etc.
You will also need the Sansa media converter for video but I don't think that it works on Macs in which case you will need to use either boot camp (to run Windows) or Wine (a windows compatibility layer). I don't have a Mac so you are on your own if you need video (sorry).

mp4 is a video format the audio format is called AAC but the extension is .m4a. To make them in .m4a format put the songs in iTunes and Go to Edit > Preferences > General > Import setting make it AAC encoder Highest quality go to the song you want on your phone right-click it and choose Create AAC Version. To get them to your phone free matters on the phone and your phone plan if your has a micro/mini card input place it in take a pic with the camera, save it to the card, and plug the card into your PC/Mac and place the songs in the music folder it should create when you take a photo. If you don't text it to yourself if you don't have unlimited texting then their are a few services on the web that let you upload a file to the web gives you a download password go there on your phones web browser enter the download code and download it to your phone. If you don't have unlimited web then look in the box for some software, install it if available, and use the included cord (if their is one) and sync it to it that way.
